►INTRODUCTION

The Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy degree intends to major excellence health care professionals, able to perform functions in all General Radiology areas, Computerized Tomography, Angiography, Ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine and Radiotherapy. The Medical Imaging and Radiotherapy professional will be able to perform all exams in the area of general radiology of medical diagnosis, programming, execution and evaluation of all radiological techniques which intervene at the prevention and health promotion; use of techniques and norms of radiological protection and safety in the handling of ionizing radiations.
